On January 11th 2014 at 10:27 Hrs the Oliver Detachment RCMP received a report that two sets of mailboxes (approximately 20 mailboxes in total) had been broken into at the intersection of Willowbrook Road and Lillian Road, Oliver B.C.  RCMP are investigating the possibility that these thefts are related to the numerous other, recent reports of thefts from rural and municipal mailboxes.  Any information with regard to possible suspects or similar incidents in the Oliver area would be greatly appreciated.  In keeping with these reports, the Public is again reminded that it would be prudent to empty your mailboxes daily in order to prevent the loss of mail.
