At Gallagher Lake – west side of Hwy 97 – lot of water accumulating near highway.

My belief this culvert is not as deep as the last one, a bit under engineered, culvert seems plugged.
When the highway was paved in the last year or so – the culvert was quite deep and for safety reasons it was re-sized.

Will watch with interest. Why did this catch my attention? About 100 ft to the north – culvert is dry so the quick melt is really not responsible.
