Lloyd Stevens passed away peacefully at the South Okanagan General Hospital on Thursday, January 2, 2014.  Lovingly remembered by Joan, his wife of 69 years; children, Gary and Patricia and his grandchildren, Chris and Nick.  Lloyd was born December 11, 1920 in Peavine, Alberta, met and married Joan in Prince Rupert where they had a refrigeration business.  Retiring to Oliver, Lloyd was a square dance caller in the Okanagan Valley.  A celebration of  his life will be held on Wednesday, January 8, 2013, 1 p.m., at 5854 Tulameen Street, Oliver.
