Former RDOS CAO to run City of Victoria

District of West Kelowna CAO Jason Johnson has accepted a position with the City of Victoria.

Johnson informed council Tuesday  he has accepted the Manager’s job with the City of Victoria.

He will be leaving his current position with the municipality in February 2014.

Johnson was the first Chief Administrative Officer hired by the newly-incorporated municipality in January 2008. Prior to that Johnson ran the Regional District Okanagan Similkameen.
