Scareview Thank You!
Oliver Parks and Recreation held another successful Hallowe’en event, with 500 participants! A special thank you to Terry Baptiste and his volunteers for creating one frightening haunted house in the pool locker room this year – can’t wait to see what will be created next year!
For those of you that don’t know, Scareview is an event that takes many, many, volunteers to make things run smoothly. We couldn’t have done it without all 30 of you this year! Thank you for running game booths, greeting children and parents, working in the kitchen, collecting boo bucks, setting up the game booths and decorating and acting in the haunted house – without you, we wouldn’t be able to pull this event off.
Oliver Parks and Recreation would like to thank all the sponsors that made this event a success – Silver Sage Winery, Oliver Family Grocery, Super Valu, Buy Low, Dollarama and the Bargain Shop.
