Just noticed on an internal counter that 10,000 posts, ads, pictures, advisories etc. have formed the basis of the main page content of Oliver Daily News.
Sometimes I say – four years in business 2010 to 2014 but in actual fact it started at the end of September 2010 and it has not reached that point next year.
So only three years – seems like thirty.
15,000 comments – including current classified
August was a landmark month with 25 thousand viewers – the average day 3500-4000 views by unique computers.
In 2013 the audience doubled – September over January.
Why? – audience participation. Advertisers – thank you but it takes readers and participants to make it work.
Awesome pictures, informative articles, great events – all from those that read it and want to help.
The idea is not unique but I think we have found the pulse in our community.
