The second annual Creative Christmas Tree Contest is back!

It’s time to get creative, think outside the box, and create a Christmas tree! The tree will be displayed in the downtown core at the lot next to OK Photo on Friday, November 29th . Set up will be at 9:00 AM on Friday, November 29th and take down will be the same evening or the following morning at 9:00 AM on December 1st. You will be responsible for delivering and picking up your own tree.

The coveted Snowman Trophy will be presented to the winners of the best tree! It’s a fun way to take part in the Oliver Town Light Up and if you’re a business owner to promote your company !

If you don’t want to display a tree, then we’d still love you to participate and support the Oliver Christmas Light up. Possible examples include: In-house specials, display table on main street, caroling (get a group together)…the possibilities are endless!

The tree will be judged based on the following:

Creativity (no lights required)

It doesn’t cost a thing and you don’t have to be a business to participate… so come out and show us your creative side!
