The 2011 Chevrolet Corvette that was stolen from a Penticton showroom has been found.
Police say the limited editon model was discovered Saturday morning in Surrey. No arrests yet.
The vehicle was taken Friday morning from the Huber Bannister GMC dealership on Westminster Avenue.
When RCMP officers arrived on the scene they found a showroom glass bay door smashed open and a car missing.
The silver Special Heritage Edition Grand Sport was gone but soon after the vehicle sped past on Eckhardt Avenue toward Highway 97. The chase began and detachments notified
The vehicle was not seen after it past through Trout Creek and was believed to have turned off the highway before gettting to the Okanagan Connector.
