A commercial truck driver was killed following a single vehicle crash on Highway 3 east of Princeton Friday morning.
According to the RCMP, shortly before 5:45 a.m., RCMP were notified of a fatal motor vehicle collision that occurred on Highway 3 near Bromley Rock provincial campsite.
The collision involved a tractor trailer unit that had gone off the road blocking both lanes of traffic.
The lone male driver, 50, from the Lower Mainland did not survive the crash.
Dense fog and ice on the road contributed to the accident.
