With the onset of the cool, winter weather, Write this Down Web Services owner Laurena Rehbein is offering some beefed-up services.
“I have recently started offering half-price website hosting for non-profit clients,” Rehbein said, adding that any organization that gives back to the community in a substantial way gets a 50% price reduction on their monthly hosting, as well as a discount on the regular rate for website design, development, or ongoing maintenance.
If you don’t know what those words mean, you’re not alone – and she can help there too.
“A big part of what I do is education – helping people understand more about the Internet and their place on the Internet,” she said. “It can be confusing!” Laurena has recently developed a brochure called “Getting Online: The Basics of Establishing an Online Presence.”
This brochure explains the basics of getting set up online, what Laurena does and why, and the basic costs. It is available to anyone free of charge and with no obligation. She has also beefed up the Frequently Asked Question section of her website, at www.writethisdown.ca, as well as the “portfolio” section so you can see some of her work samples.
She has also established a Referral Program.
“If you give my contact information to someone to me and they tell me that, when they become my client, you get 10% off towards your own monthly hosting program for the whole year,” said Laurena, pointing out that her work is Internet-based and not limited to the Oliver area, so please let everyone know about what she has to offer.
Please note Laurena has a new email address, and the best way to now reach her is at laurena@writethisdown.ca or by phone/text at 250-498-1713.
