We are sad to announce the passing of Lynne Carol Maxwell age 68

She peacefully passed away in Oliver at South Okanagan General Hospital on Sept 30-2013

Left to cherish her memory. Her husband John of 45 years. Her 2 sons Rob (Kelly), Rick, 2 granddaughter’s, Kelsye and Ashley. Her sister Louise (Bill) Niece Janice (Ryan) and nephew Allan.

Plus many close friends & family that held a special place in her heart.

Lynne was born on June 27, 1945, the daughter of Ace & Roberta Smith.

Lynne lived and grew up in Burnaby, as a young girl she spent summers at Point Roberts, She then met John and raised her family in Coquitlam. She was a fan of the BC Lions, she enjoyed their time at the Glen, and spending summers in Osoyoos where she and her family moved to in 1993, making Osoyoos their home. She retired from their dry cleaning business in 2006 at Osoyoos Cleaners.

A Celebration of life will be set at a later date in Osoyoos and a small grave side service in Coquitlam where she will be with both of her parents and her very special Aunt Irene

Everyone who knew Lynne, was welcomed in her heart. They are blessed to have known such a wonderful lady…

She will be greatly missed.
