On Friday when agenda material for Monday’s Council comes out – I would usually prepare a brief weekend story about what was upcoming. Didn’t do that this week as the agenda items list was so brief.

Council cancelled its 4pm meeting yesterday and went lawn bowling in the afternoon – in a form of team building exercise with Councillor Doerr and Mayor Hovanes topping the “old guys” – Limpy Mattes and Goofy pictured here.

We expect that with Larry Schwartzenberger now elected the team will get a better coach and clearer direction on where to aim the ball.
