Ronald Teneycke pled guilty to two criminal charges in a Penticton courtroom today.
One was a breach of undertaking by consuming and possessing drugs and the second charge was possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine.
The Okanagan Falls man was arrested in June and put on bail with nine conditions when 810 application was made by the Crown. He was subsequently arrested August 16th for the breach of promises made to the court.
The 810 order is a preventative measure where the crown thinks there is a real risk someone could suffer serious injury.
There is a ban on publication on the 810 application but all these matters will be deliberated on September 30th at the Penticton Law Courts.
