Judge James Sutherland presided over a short ceremony held Monday at the Pan Pacific Hotel in Vancouver, where Penticton Mayor Garry Litke and Councillor Katie Robinson took the oath of office in front of their Council colleagues. The group is attending the Union of BC Municipalities annual convention and wanted to speak to Provincial Ministers with full force of affect as elected officials.
