Welcome Mr. Montagliani
In his own words: Having been born and raised in Kamloops it made sense to attend TRU (Thompson Rivers University) for my undergrad in Business with a Finance major.
I started work at CIBC in Oliver two day after my convocation last June before transferring to Osoyoos a year ago where I am today. I love learning about different cultures and consider myself worldly having visited many countries including extended stays in both Italy and India. In my free time I enjoy keep up-to-date with current events and researching global markets and politics. While growing up I enjoyed playing all sports and continue to participate as much as possible. I feel fortunate that three beautiful tennis courts, ball diamonds, a curling and hockey rink, as well as great grass for bocce are only a five minute walk from my house on Lakeside Drive.
While at TRU I realized the importance of being involved in your community and the importance of strong leadership. I was involved with Enactus (http://enactus.org/), which is a global organization that strives to increase the standard of living and empowering other with entrepreneurial action. During my fourth year I joined the executive as VP of Finance and helped lead the program. With these values I have always made a point to reach out and work with like-minded people. Sitting on the board for a valuable heritage society in an area that has a terrific story is a challenge that I truly buy into.
