Oliver Parks & Recreation is offering an opportunity for members of the community to and try out various fitness classes at no charge all next week. “Try It! Week” runs from Sept 16-20 and features the following classes taking place at the Oliver Community Centre:
MONDAY SEPT 16: Zumba 6:00-7:00pm instructor Lori Ashe
TUESDAY SEPT 17: Yoga Fitness Mixed Levels 6:30-8:00pm instructor Judy Nicholas
Strength & Stability 6:00-7:00pm instructor Lori Ashe
WED SEPT 18: Yoga Fitness Easy Level 2:00-3:30pm instructor Judy Nicholas
Zumba 6:00-7:00pm
THURS SEPT 19: Strength & Stability 6:00-7:00pm instructor Lori Ashe
FRIDAY SEPT 20: Zumba 9:00-10:00am

FREE Yoga in the Park class taught by Hayley Stopa and sponsored by Edward Jones. Hayley will be teaching the Fitness Flow yoga class regularly at the Oliver Community Centre on Thursday nights from 6:45-8pm.
