Growing intentions of the Committee help progress the sponsorships and build the FOG event each year!
With Eastlink coming forward as both the Grape Stomp sponsor and now the title sponsor for Festival of the Grape the committee’s hard work and progressive vision for the festival is truly coming to life. Embracing new musical talent like Rumba Calzada, the band that throws out a variety of Latin Jazz and Afro-Cuban rhythms is a for sure crowd pleaser!
FOG is a festival for the whole Family, so with focused intentions to grow the event each year, this year expanding the children’s area, now the “Chateau de Kids” was achievable with Interior Savings Credit Union as the title sponsor. The Chateau de Kids will feature a fantastic petting zoo sponsored by Osoyoos Times & Oliver Chronicle, along with face painting, crafts & entertainment. Children under 12 get in for free so be sure to round up the family to come out and enjoy a great afternoon in a South Okanagan fall.
The Fall Art Show and Sale will feature Penticton painter, Glenn Clark, a brilliant artist who generously shares his passion by donating time and talent to many local endeavors.
Thanks to the many additional sponsors, SuperValu, Concept Audio Works, Walnut Beach Resort and Canusa Transportation, there will be over 20 local food vendors and 50 wineries from around the Valley set up for a full food and wine tasting experience.
With something for the whole family the festival aims to attract both locals and visitors to come out and experience this day long event.
