Change  of Command Parade Wednesday for the Air Cadet Sqn. in Oliver

Captain Craig Ralph from West Kelowna has assumed command from Kim Schur  (shown left)  

Craig is a long serving Air Cadet Officer – he does most of the flying for the glider program -he did serve as CO in Penticton for a few years as well as West Kelowna for the past 5 years.
