I would be lying to you if I said I know what’s going on here.

The ‘coming soon’ sign and the highway signs indicating great investment opportunities are dated.

A couple of people were sighted this week inspecting the building and hopefully that means some overdue action – ‘coming soon’.

What a business plan this site has had. The people and councils always helpful in agreeing to almost anything but – the project always running out of something – steam or cash.

I think this lot got a concrete bunker built on it prior to 1993 – which adds up to twenty years of unfulfilled expectations.

If you buy it ……….have deep pockets.
