Regular Members (looking for 300) One time initiation fee of up to $45000 with annual fees of $3000/$4000 depending the phase they are in.

Corporation Membership of up to $115 thousand with annual fees of up to $10 thousand.

Bill Drossos (centre above) of Penticton who is involved in the promotion says the weekend event in Osoyoos at Spirit Ridge went extremely well with about a 100 people showing interest and getting hold of a brochure. He says he is to meet with potential investors today in Vancouver.

$700 thousand is needed before asking OIB to set up a Designation Process.

That figure represent 200 member making a deposit of $3500. That is the first trigger point in a phased approach to this race-car track and club house proposal.

Drossos says the founding members want that in the bank before Christmas if possible then the Band can plan their vote. Construction of phase one – a cart track and service buildings could proceed.

Total budget ranges from 8.5 million to 11 million dollars depending on membership and the size of the clubhouse
