Latest word from the family of Cody O’Conner is not good.
Father of the child, Ramsey De Prez says doctors have put Cody on life support.
Family members were advised very early this morning to come to the hospital as CPR was being performed.
He had had a surgery on Friday to remove glass from his lung. On Thursday the first surgery was conducted on his arm due to the burns.
Cody’s father spoke to the CBC earlier today.
Life support indicates that his heart and lungs need assistance.
Last Wednesday, Cody O’Conner suffered burns to 40 per cent of his body after a fire broke out in a motorhome he was inside at the Oliver Centennial Park.
O’Conner was immediately transported by air to the burn unit in Vancouver.
