Update on passing lanes project north of Oliver. Contractor has now installed first lift of asphalt and is using temporary markings as traffic is expected to be switched over soon.

This is speculation but it is anticipated traffic will use the new pavement to get around while contractor works on old highway side, installing culverts and getting roadway prepared for final paving in September.
