Teneycke sent to Kamloops

ron ten22Ronald Arthur Teneycke was charged with new counts on Wednesday this week, appearing in court Friday in Penticton and then transported to Kamloops Regional Correction Centre.

Public record: Information 41484-3-AC disclosed two charges – Breach of Undertaking (CCC) and Possession of a controlled Substance (CDS).

A ban on publication has now been imposed on other charges contained on the same information that were laid earlier. This ban is listed as – s. 517 (judicial interim release (bail) hearings).

Teneycke will appear again Wednesday August 28th
