Names released on victims of Osoyoos collision:

63 year old Judy Jackson

78 year old Bernard Lee and 60 year Diane Lee

All three are residents of Osoyoos.

The driver of a 1994 Dodge Caravan traveling along Highway 97 north of Osoyoos died when she collided with a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Tuesday afternoon before 1 pm on Grave Yard Hill.

Police said the Caravan crossed the centre line. Reason not known. She was the lone occupant.

Alcohol and speed not believed factors according to investigators. The incident is under review by South Okanagan Traffic Services in Keremeos.

Both women died at the scene. The male was transported to hospital in Oliver but did not survive.

One report indicated that an airlift was to be used but it is unclear as to whether a plane or helicopter was dispatched.
