How many lots? – The entire development will have 100 lots and homes consisting of 4 phases, of which, the first and second phase have been serviced. This is 50 lots.
How many homes built? – 30 as of today, two under construction

Amenities? Riverfront, Off Leash Dog Park, 4 acre common park (now under construction) RV parking, Phase 3 and 4 of development will include the development of the riverfront portion, approximately 2 acres of riverfront restoration and walking trails.
Demographics? This is the only Non-Age Restricted manufactured home park community in Oliver, youngest resident is 48, oldest 80. The residents report they would love to see more young families in the park.
Where are owners coming from? 50% are from the Okanagan, 45% from Northern BC, Alberta, only one resident from the Lower Mainland.
