Someone put a plastic pail by the mail boxes across from Sen Pok Chin school. People discarding flyers over filled it, and now there is a mess of  paper around the area. Papers blowing around include the RDOS recycling  brochure. It is not a big deal to take all of one’s mail home, and recycle the  flyers that are not wanted.
