A lot of buzz today that RCMP getting many calls about phone cams and callers annoying people in our area. (The one I just got was from a home security call centre most likely overseas based on the accent)
At the bottom of this is some information from RCMP published on ODN.
But here is the honest bold truth. The problem is on your end of the phone. Never talk to strangers on the phone. Talk to a son or daughter, a sister or a brother, a mom or a dad – even your friends and people you know well.
Never talk to a stranger. They want something. Don’t give them the time of day. Hang up.
