Pioneer Park 12 noon Sunday – MLA Linda Larson and other dignitaries cut ribbon to get this 4km strip of crushed gravel open to the public. Former director Bill Schwarz and Area D RDOS Director Tom Siddon (at microphone) are pictured below. The surface is a blend of crushed gravel and recycled asphalt retaining the character of the trail while providing hard surface for cycling.
