A letter received by Town Council for a one year extension to a present lease on Centennial RV Park and Campgrounds was reviewed Monday.

The letter from present managers Marija and Mirko Zelembaba who have operated the park for almost a decade.

They have requested that the Town extend the lease for the year 2014.

Council discussed the issue of the intended future use of the land and the possibility of other players being interested in a lease including local organizations.

No action was taken on the request giving time to councillors to study the issue in light of all council initiatives on the Station Street development area.
