On 2013-06-11 someone broke into the Desert Centre (Nature walk interpretive centre). The Desert Centre received an alarm and found a window to the building had been broken to gain entry. It appears nothing was stolen. Police are still investigating the matter.
On 2013-06-13 the Osoyoos RCMP responded to a single vehicle rollover on 41st Street in Osoyoos. The driver, an 18 year old female resident of Osoyoos was the lone occupant and was travelling north bound on 41st Street when it appears she veered left and went off road over an embankment rolling the 2006 Honda Pilot onto its roof. The female was out of the vehicle prior to BC Ambulance arriving on scene and was suffering from what is believed to be minor injuries. She was transported to hospital for assessment. No other vehicles or persons involved. The vehicle received extensive damage.
On 2013-06-14 the Osoyoos RCMP received report of a theft from an unlocked vehicle on Cactus Court. It appears the suspect(s) rummaged through the vehicle stealing loose change. Police were able to lift fingerprints from the vehicle and will be searching their database in an attempt to identify those responsible.
