Heavy turnout at polls – now closed till Tuesday

elections bc logoAdvance voting accounted for 1616 ballots on Wednesday, 1188 on Thursday and 1034 on Friday in all 6 locations in Boundary Similkameen

In 2009 – 3470 of 27941 registered voters dropped a ballot in the advance poll

In 2013 – 3838 of 28817 did the above

Province wide in three days of advance voting 269707 have voted vs 215795 for first three days last time.

Final four day totals not to be released until sometime Monday.
