Henry Joseph Baptiste, born 1972 of Oliver charged with Possession of a controlled substance for the Purpose of Trafficking. Baptiste has now been released by the provincial court and will appear again May 15th.

Members of the Regional GIS, Oliver RCMP and Penticton Police Dog Service executed a Controlled Drugs & Substances Act search warrant at one residence located on OIB land last Thursday.
The two adult males were arrested at the residence and a search resulted in the location and seizure of various drug related items including: 21.26 grams of methamphetamine (suspected); cash; an airsoft rifle that closely resembled a real firearm; and ammunition for a .308 Winchester rifle.
