Grand Opening a Howling Success
“It was a sold out crowd at Wolfe’s Den restaurant opening this week, when chef Sarren Wolfe and his crew served up an exceptional buffet.
Wolfe has shown his entrepreneurial spirit to assume the catering contract at Nk’Mip Canyon Desert Golf Course, having been a sous chef there last year.
Some dishes were prepared with input and guidance of the Osoyoos Indian Band, while some desserts were gluten and sugar free. He is certainly off to a great start.” says Russell Work
