Note from a reader:

Suggestion that you may do another story on garbage dumpers. A couple days ago someone dumped 3 disgusting  mattresses on the side of the Old Golf Course road.

If people see a vehicle with a load of garbage such  as mattresses, construction waste, household garbage or ?,  driving in  a direction that is not towards the dump, be aware ! Take notes ! – (get the license number)

Is it that difficult to take that garbage to the  dump? I think not.

Perhaps these garbage dumpers read ODN. perhaps  they can educate themselves on the local landfill http://www.oliver.ca/rdos-landfill

Publisher: Bill Eggert was mentioning the mattresses on Facebook the other day and other people have sent in info and picture on garbage dump violators.

It is agreed we must watch for those that do not care.
