We would like to give advance notice to our Oliver neighbours regarding annual pilot training, which is due to commence later this week and which we anticipate to last for several days. This annual training is required by Transport Canada to ensure that our pilots are current and ready to fly safely this summer season.
We understand that our helicopters are large and are fairly noisy and we ask your understanding for this relatively short period of time. We have to follow Transport Canada guidelines for these type of pilot test maneuvers, which require that we fly close to the airport and also stick to the approved flightpath over Oliver.
