Bill Boyd was visiting the area and walked into to see the dam that holds a lot of water at the rear of the Scout Camp at Meyer’s Flat – the volume accounts for the heavy flow and damage below.  Boyd says “It is just below the large wide open reedy area along the Fairview White Lake road just south of Willowbrook. I think much of the water that accumulates there runs through Willowbrook…..”
