The falls above the Bowl – part of the Park Rill water way that starts its journey in the hills south of Twin Lakes and meanders down to Meyer’s Flat and collects with other streams. The Orofino Creek joins it at Meyer’s and Victoria Creek inputs at the back of Secrest Camp before hitting Beldam’s Crossing and down the hill to Skelton/Tomlins and the highway before entering the flat lands of ox bows and the lower end of the Park Rill that we all care about – which feeds into Okanagan.

I did find where Victoria Creek crosses Secrest Hill Rd going northbound. I also now know that Sawmill, Madden and Ripley play a part in discharging water in the spring that collects at Secrest before rapidly heading down to the Okanagan Valley off the Fairview/Whitelake corridor.
I am still learning as a lot of back hills info is foreign to me – something about not having a father who liked to fish and hunt. I think we have it now. The question about who control things up in the hills – maybe it is not the government ~ it’s Mother Nature who says ‘Be Prepared’.
Above collector east of Fairview White Lake Rd – Victoria Creek heads north picking up water from Madden and Ripley lakes
Victoria Creek cross Secrest Hill Rd ending up at the back of Scout Camp.
A lot of water breaking new ground at the UBC Geology Camp
