Sarren Wolfe is delighted to be back at the NK’MIP Canyon Desert Golf Course.

He has a history of 22 years of cooking. He began his cooking career at a international fast food company and developed a work ethic in the food industry. Sarren has trained and served in a variety of chain and local favorite restaurants over the past several years. He toured and trained at a variety of ski resorts and wineries in BC where he apprenticed under recognized Okanagan Chefs.

In January 2011, Sarren launched Neon Wolfe Creations and developed food programs for School Districts and has delivered teaching programs for non-profit organizations in the Okanagan. Neon Wolfe has built and continues to strengthen relationships with local produce growers and product suppliers and maintains a strong desire to build relationships and a stronger Community.

Locally, Sarren is working with Desert Sun and the high school to develop food programs for youth and those who need help in the community. He also assists with Enactus in Penticton to teach young mothers to cook healthy meals within their budget and cupboard supply.
