Vaseux area prescribed burn

Environment Canada and partners are proposing a prescribed and controlled burn in the west Vaseux area (approximately 48 ha) for wildlife habitat improvement. The March date will be chosen once a day with acceptable air venting is available. The burns are carefully planned and carried out by profession staff.
