RCMP in Oliver investigating the circumstances that led to the scene shown above on Fairview Road – 500 Block at 1:15pm today near the Post Office.

The driver of the car shown below shaken up quite badly, treated on the scene and transported to the SOGH for further examination.

Witnesses indicate a truck with canopy proceeding eastbound down the hill striking a red SUV with Nevada plates – bouncing off that vehicle and hitting a car parked on the south side of the street. Other drivers not injured badly. No life threatening injuries. Assistance given by Oliver Fire Department.
