The Unique Booktique
I still remember the moment I fell in love with reading. I was 10 years old. The book was Tiger Eyes by Judy Blume. When asked what my dream job would be; the answer was usually the same. I just never thought that it would come true.  Last August, I purchased The Dusty Book Cover, an used book store in Osoyoos BC.

Long time friend, Maureen Doerr from Beyond Bliss then offered her spa/store as my book store’s new home.  I have been there since October 2012. Since then, I have been busy designing a website, opening endless “unorganized” boxes of books, organizing my little nook at the store and trying to keep up with the newest books for my blog. My store location carries newer releases, series, adult and young adult fiction and children’s books.
I’m very excited for my website to become live; which will be April 1st/2103. My website at the moment is feeding off of my Facebook page.
My website will include all of my inventory, features to request a book, my blog, store events and sales. Book lovers can find me at www.theuniquebooktique.com.  I can also be found on Facebook.

I have far too many thank you for all the help that I have received in the last few months. I look forward to meeting all of Oliver’s and Osoyoos’s many book lovers in the future.
