Co-chairs Maureen Doerr  (right) and Ann Hayes have announced details for this year’s fund raiser at the Oliver Community Hall Saturday April 13th.

Ann Hayes said she is very excited as this year 7 wineries and 7 chefs will share in the preparation of food and wine samplings. This is a departure from previous auctions and it is hoped there will more socializing during the event.

Maureen Doerr says the theme this year is Mardi Gras  and participants are encouraged to dress up for the gala.

Funds raised this year go to Desert Valley Hospice Society. Rotary has donated $11000 in two years to the DVHS for its programmes. Oliver Rotary supports many other organizations including the Big Horn Squadron Air Cadets.
