RDOS to meet with four native bands in private

A community to community forum involving civic, rural and native politicians will be  held at Spirit Ridge, Osoyoos this Thursday.

RDOS chair Dan Ashton says ‘our objective is to create a trusting and unified environment in which we can discuss common social, economic and environmental interests.’

Four bands represented: Penticton Indian Band, Upper and Lower Similkameen bands and the Osoyoos Indian Band

Penticton Indian Band Chief Jonathan Kruger says ‘it is important for us to re-introduce the Protocol Agreement and Accord which lay the foundation for a mutual respectful working relationship…’
