When participants first signed up in January, a mixture of a lack of motivation and winter blues were troubling many. Signing up for the 3rd Annual Lose it for life program gave participants a 3 month weight room pass, 10 session flex punch pass, a nutrition plan, health and wellness seminars, workout routine and some incentive to be lighter and healthier by the Finale in April. Over the past 6 weeks participants have attended information sessions with Trainer Jorg Mardian, to assist with nutrition choices and goal setting, and showed up for fitness classes such as Gentle Fit , Strength and Stability, Variety of Yoga Classes, Pickleball and a snowshoe trek.
At the 6-week weigh-in we had 16 participants in attendance and Jorg Mardian lead another wellness seminar .The positive feedback was wonderful; many participants have lost major inches, weight and lowered their body fat in the first 6 weeks! Huge lifestyle changes have already been made and we’re looking forward to share the end results at the finale on Thursday, April 4th.
