RCMP are on scene of an double murder in West Kelowna.

Bodies were discovered in an SUV off Auburn Road by officers responding to a call at 11pm Monday of a MVA.

Police discovered a black SUV which had struck a light standard.  Examination of the scene concluded the deaths were not as a result of the  collision.

Witnesses did see a male flee from the vehicle following the crash. A search of the area found nothing

RCMP are not releasing any more details at this time, but are asking for the  public to contact them if they saw anything suspicious in this area of West  Kelowna last night.
