More charges have been laid against Lloyd William Cook of Oliver for failing to appear and breach of undertaking.
On more serious charges of unlawful confinement and indignity to a dead body – Cook will be sentenced next Tuesday.
Cook was found guilty following a 7 day trial in relation to the death of 13-year-old Adam Scott Williams-Dudoward in January 2000. The thirteen year old was the son of a women Cook was living with. Cook was absent from the court when found guilty and a province wide search took place by police.
