Members of he South Okanagan-Similkameen Food Bank community, including (from left) Louis Balog of the Oliver Food Bank; Fred Lindsay of the Okanagan Falls Helping Hand; Christine Simmons of the Penticton Salvation Army; and Ingrid Percival of the Cawston-Keremeos Food Bank, joined the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen’s Candace Wagner, Tim Bouwmeester and Bill Newell for an employee presentation of cash and food at the RDOS Central Office in Penticton.

RDOS employees raised more than $4,000 in cash and foodstuffs to be shared among seven South Okanagan-Similkameen societies. Not able to attend the ceremony were representatives from Osoyoos, Summerland and Princeton.
