Proposed change to Main Street building

Council will see tonight a plan to redevelop the property and existing building owned by John and Susan Echlin at 6366 Main Street.

This proposal is to undertake structural alterations to an existing building within the Town Centre Development permit area. This is to construct a second story and rear addition adding a total of 128 square meters. The owner would need to provide 4 parking spaces based on the plan.
