You have to be up close to see the fire damage inside. The picture from a distance shows no apparent roofing damage – as firemen knocked back the flames quickly overnight.

RCMP on the scene today including a forensics team from Penticton. The women associated with the house has not lived there for over a year. The male associated with house has made contact with police. No one was in the house at the time of the fire.

It becomes an insurance matter. Neighbours indicated that the house should be demolished.
