NDP candidate to be in place by March 9th

There is a 90 day requirement for people voting to have been a member.  We hope to hold the nomination meeting by March 9th at the latest, only current members would be able to vote.

This will have what I think of as “positive effect” of not allowing candidates to stack the vote with supporters. Also, the vote will be decided by people who made a commitment to support the party long ago.
